Oblò

is a pendant lamp with a highly decorative character that combines Lodes' experience in versatile and modular lighting solutions with the unique and distinctive personality of Paola Navone – OTTO Studio. With its playful spirit and numerous references to the sea and the nautical world, Oblò evokes marine imagery and offers new insights into the use of Pyrex in lighting, shaped like a liquid material in the product's fluid silhouette.

The frame supporting the diffuser is shaped like a hook, to which a white fabric cable is tied: Lodes had the intuition to hide the electric cable inside the cable and the LED inside the hook, leaving only the glass visible, giving the effect of the lamp floating in the air like a buoy.

Oblò is available in three shapes with gentle lines and in five finishes reminiscent of the marine world ‒ iridescent, metallic blue, silk white, smoky grey, and transparent ‒ and highlight the metallization process used to ennoble the glass of the diffuser. It offers high brightness even when installed alone, as an elegant light point above a coffee table or next to the bathroom cabinet; In composition, different shapes and finishes can play with rhythms and alternating movements thanks to the possibility of installing the lamps at various heights: this versatility makes it suitable for any space and situation, from compositions of two or three elements for private homes and restaurants, to large cascades of light above very long tables or large living areas.
