Reed transforms a simple bollard into a lighting solution that blends into the natural environment, among the low vegetation and bushes, creating a visual and emotional story that restores light to a leading role as a source of comfort and well-being.
The name ‒ “reed” in English ‒ already reveals its inspiration: a thin metal stem that emerges from the ground like a plant, ready to illuminate with delicate discretion, alone or in a composition.
The stem can be combined with three organically shaped diffusers ‒ two flattened sphere versions, inspired by the delicacy of dandelion flowers, and an elongated one that recalls the lightness of ears of corn ‒ designed to blend into nature and create evocative lighting scenarios. Each configuration interacts with the surrounding landscape, creating atmospheres in which light, shadow, and shapes blend to convey the sensation of a natural extension of the vegetation itself.
Available in three stem heights and four finishes—anthracite, natural brown, natural green, and champagne—Reed is designed to be installed directly in the ground. A portion of the stem, buried and invisible after installation, allows it to be freely tilted to blend into the greenery and diffuse light, enhancing textures, volumes, and details with extreme delicacy.
Reed is the ideal solution for outdoor settings that enhance the connection between nature, light, and architecture. In residential settings and in the green areas of hotels and commercial buildings, it is ideal for use along paths, garden edges, and terraces, enhancing them with a discreet yet decorative presence that fosters an aesthetic balance of sensory emotion and visual well-being.
